Pet Friendly Village
We know that your pet is a valued member of your family and we welcome properly trained pets on an individual basis. We do not allow dogs to be left unattended for more than a few hours. Guests will find an abundance of pet sitting services and doggie day care facilities in the area.

A few local restaurants, parks and preserves accept dogs on leashes. The Dog Watch Cafe, on the water, has an outdoor and indoor patio with ample accommodations. Proper reservations, for lunch and dinner, with your well behaved fur babies is required.

There's no need for a car in the village, but should you have one, ask about parking and beach stickers. Bring flat walking-shoes to manage the uneven antique sidewalks, and an umbrella for rainy days! Sing all the way to the Breakwater Restaurant and Bar for endless happy hour because, 'When it rains, they pour'! Check out Dubois Beach and the scuba divers enjoying the best dive spot in all of Connecticut! With so many shops, antique stores, and quaint restaurants to enjoy, you'll never forget your stay at Ocean House in the Village of the Borough of Stonington.
